列韋瑞吉商務酒店（士姑來） (The Leverage Business Hotel (Skudai))

床單都沒換，枕頭套也是，很髒有味道。廁所每次洗澡的時候都會流水出來。牆紙也是破破爛爛。 樓下有MAKMAK檔，和燒烤店。晚上夜宵下去買很方便。酒店基本就是睡一覺，沒什麼任何設施，停產也要放coupon,要不然會抄saman.

房間很不錯，也是朋友推薦的，這個位置也地理位置也很好，而且酒店還不錯，像國內的快捷酒店價格也不貴，嗯，挺好的。

Location is pretty good. Just that amenities is lacking. Staff did not smile. Cleanliness is soso. But aircon definitely is good. Will not return here to stay as there are other options nearby this area too.

Counter staff during check in were rude, gave us a room that is under renovation as well.. unfriendly hotel.. would not recommend anyone to come

Rooms, dont wana say too much, pictures speak for itself. Towel was stained, pillow dusty. Cabinet broken. Toilet light flicker Room assigned is at level 1. Wall paint looked like they gone through high humidity, started bubbling and peeling Off Green neon light right at the Only window of the room, cannot switch off as it is centrally controlled. Location is at a quiet location and parking is public, no designated parking lots. Worrying for overseas cilents. Service: Nonchalant, the malay front desk staffjust came up to ask only when we complaint to 訂房網站 and also hotel insisted and unwilling to refund despite we told them we can check-out within 15mins after check-in. We did not touch anything as we were preparing to check-out after seeing the room condition.

I recently stayed at The Leverage Business Hotel in Skudai and found the experience to be a mix of positives and serious concerns. What I liked most was the location — it’s convenient and easily accessible, with food and amenities nearby. The staff at the front desk were courteous, and their service met expectations. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The toilet bowl seat was unstable and felt like it could dislocate at any moment. There were also signs of rust and general uncleanliness, which gave the impression of poor maintenance. In terms of entertainment, the room only offered basic local TV channels with no additional options, which made it quite dull for guests staying in. The most alarming part of our stay happened on the morning of our departure. Just as we were about to head down to the lobby, we saw people — not in uniform — scan their card and enter our room without knocking. This was extremely concerning, as we had not yet checked out. It felt like a serious security breach. If housekeeping or staff are entering rooms without confirming guest check-out, it puts privacy and safety at risk. Overall, while the hotel has good service and a great location, the poor room condition and serious lapse in security need immediate attention. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience moving forward.

The stay was ok only. Cleanliness was ok too. The location is located in central of Skudai area so going around for food and shopping were good and easy.
